Polar Express

On Friday we went to Calara to ride the Polar
Express with Mattie and Grace. I think I was
more excited than the kids were. It was raining
but, not too cold. The kids had a great time. If you
have never done this it is a must for all kids. Nicholas
was so excited about the train. We sang Christmas carols
and listened to the story until we reached the North Pole.
Then Santa and Mrs. Claus got on the train with us.
The kids got a cookie, chocolate milk, and a bell. Nicholas
said the chocolate milk was the best part. This was
the most fun EVER.

Nicholas got so excited when they played
music from the movie. He wanted to know
when the tables were going to come up like
they do in the movie. His expression here
was worth the whole trip.
Waiting on the train.
I got my ticket.
Waiting for Santa.
Me and Grace.

Shaking out bells.

Polar Express Part 2 .....

Visiting with one of the elves.
I'm not to sure about this!!

Getting our cookies.
This milk sure is good.
Grace and her ornament.

Happy Thanksgiving

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving with family.
We stayed with Bebe and PawPaw Bo on Wednesday
night. Check out BeBe's blog to see all the great
photos. I let Bebe do the picture taking. She made
the cutest turkey cookies for Nicholas. We ate lunch
in Monroeville with Grandma and Mr. Steve.
Both kids ate lots of turkey!! We hope that
everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Baby Dedication

On November 2nd we had Anna Kay dedicated at
church. It was a beautiful day to celebrate
and spend with family. I'm a little late posting.
I know that my Aunt Ruby really wanted
to see some pictures from this day. Anna Kay
did great for a 10 month old. Enjoy the pictures from
the day.

Happy Halloween

We had a great time on Halloween night.
The McPherson's had a get together
at their home before trick or treating.
The adults had taco soup and the kiddos
had chicken nuggets. After dinner, we took
a hay ride through their neighborhood
and went trick or treating. Thank you to the
McPhersons for a fun evening!
Nicholas was a cowboy and Anna Kay was
the cow.
One of our many stops in the neighborhood.
Nicholas wanted to visit inside the houses
that we stopped at!! I had to keep explaining
that we don't go inside.

Anna Kay was not much on this hat.
I think I got two pictures and that was it!

The cowboy and the firefighter.

Anna Kay rode in the truck with Tim and Mr. Russ.

Ridding on the hay. This was his favorite part.
He didn't want to trick or treat. He wanted
to ride the trailer.
